MEET LINDIWE
Lindiwe S. Lester, MEd, EdS, has spent more than 30 years helping leaders and organizations navigate the realities of people, performance and change.
Before founding Tap In Consulting, she served as a senior nonprofit executive, where she trained and coached internal consultants in consulting methods, executive onboarding, strategy development and leadership development. Her work supported more than 160 nonprofit affiliates as they strengthened their organizations and advanced their missions.
Today, Lindiwe brings that experience to her work as an executive coach, consultant, facilitator and author.
